To answer your main question. No. Except for specialized services such as Pig Out, which I understand has a new owner? We use La Comer delivery---and it's great--but it's all in Spanish.
Delivery came at 1:15 (it was the Sunday of the Ironman so I was more than pleased that they were just a few minutes late given the ridiculous traffic delays). A couple of items were unavailable, which was ok... no charge, of course. Credit card swiped at time of delivery. Delivery charge 35 pesos (~$2 USD).
Will say this about Grocery Goddess…EXCELLENT service. They will go to as many grocery stores as needed to fulfill your order. We used them mostly to pre supply our adult beverage list (as well as some snacks) and they went to THREE places to get it all.
