Landing in LGA close to rush hour on a Friday, and was trying to avoid an hour in shuttle buses to get from Terminal C to the National Car Rental Facility (headed to NJ, not Manhattan). I have heard you can walk from Terminal B, and it looks like you can take the 102nd Street bridge to get to Ditmar Blvd from Terminal C.

You can see the problem on Google Maps Satellite View. Go to LaGuardia Airport and look for the intersection of "Runway Drive" and 94th Street. Runway Drive has a sidewalk. Once you get to the crosswalks at LaGuardia Rd, you're also OK. But that short stretch of 94th has no walking path because of the construction.
