Almost every airline's website has a section called something like "my bookings", "manage booking" etc. Just go to that section of the airline's website.it will ask for some info, usually PNR and surname.

The problem is that they don't necessarily provide 24/7 support. So there is a risk involved. It's not completely safe. Mind you, nothing is completely safe... but booking directly with the airline will reduce the risk and make it more likely that you can enjoy your trip. Report inappropriate content.
