This was our travel to and from Cancun airport for the trip we booked through Costco Vacations. We had a good experience, the only thing was that we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get our ride to the hotel even though we booked a private transfer. 20-30 minutes might not seem long but when it is after an 8 hr trip + 2 tired kids, it is a long time.

1 year ago. It went perfectly, Costco travel desk was easy to find. The destination services desk rep (yes that’s the company name, they wear white shirts with green trim) had us in a new Toyota van in minutes. Fantastic drivers both ways. We gave the desk our WhatsApp number to contact us with our pick up time.

Costco travel will not pick up the phone. We had to cancel via email. We canceled one month in advance. Then discovered that we are getting less than half our money back, even though their own website said we should be getting 80%. Their system if entirely broken, and demonstrating terrible customer service.
The US customer service gave me a 1-877 number that I couldn't call from Dominican Republic. I had to pay to use the computer because I didn't bring mine on vacation. It took 5 days to straighten things out. At the end, we changed the airport to a closer one, and had to extend another day of stay through Costco, of course through US Costco.
