And don't forget visa requirements. You'll need to include those costs in your budget and make sure that you have enough time to apply for and receive visas.

    Even though I have a (very good) corporate travel agent I always research my own flights and then give them instructions So my agent does as they’re told by me (as long as the flights are within policy). Google Flights is your best option for flight searches. You could also look at third party booker sites just for schedule and *possible* prices.
