I made reservations with Dollar Rent a Car for a SUV. At the time of making the reservation, l called Dollar to confirm that they had a Navigation System and l was told that all the 2006 models came with the Navigation systen. Since then, l called them 2 other times before my departure from Seattle and it was confirmed at each time.
Then there are extortionate airport service fees and other miscellaneous charges totalling another $160. To cap it all, the whole lot is taxed for another $50. In total, our $480 rental became $899.
