In this case if you read CO's rules under the Checked Baggage Fee category, they specifically list seven (7) categories of passengers who are exempt from bags fees. The fourth (4th) item address your issue/question directly, it says, "Any customer traveling on full fare economy class (Y) tickets get their first and second checked-bag fees waived".

Highly unlikely you purchased a full fare ticket. Why dont you just call the airline and ask about your baggage allowance if you cannot decipher what is on the airline website. Also find out if baggage allowance is diff for GLASGOW-EWR and EWR-LAS. Edited: 14 years ago
