Some people have a mailbox there, others stand in a line at get it from someone at the window. Make sure the right postage is on your envelope. Once that's done, drop it in the box and it should be fine.

I sent a package to our friend we met there but I fed Ex'd it because he said NEVER send anything regualr postal service because people steal the mail!! Anyways, it was expensive to send a 1lb pkg of DVD's in little envelope covers. It cost him $55. to pick up the package from FED EX!
