TOTAL disregard to customers. This entire trip, PAL has continued to disappoint and had made every flight a living HELL. First, without any notice, they are moving my teenaged daughter away from my seat. Moved flights and changed schedules last minute and made us stay on the plane for 2 hours before finally taking off.
JFK-MNL Non-stop. It's hard to beat a non-stop flight. Finally, Phiippine Air Lines offers Airbus 350 service between New York JFK and Manila NAIA. The airplanes are new and comfotable, the service is adequate and friendly, and you save time by not ahving to stop somewhere (and maybe change airplanes and have an hours long wait.)

if philippine airlines had any customer service they would have answered calls in a timely matter and have their agents call back customers when the phone call gets disconnected. in total,i paid $375usd in penalty fees. this whole ordeal has convinced me and should stop anyone from flying with philippine airlines.

Business class value. Genuine Philippine hospitality on well laid out aircraft, Individual pods on their Boeing 777's. Food was good, decent duty free selection for such a short flight.
