There are two sepearate hikes to upper and lower table rock. The upper table rock hike is shorter but it is quite strenuous with its rocky switch backs. It is also exposed to the sun and it is much warmer than the lower table rock hike. Both hikes have an enormous amount of poison oak and there is a lot of ticks.
