   Beware of Payless car rental at ATL. 9 years ago. I Reserved a full size car (4 people, luggage and Christmas presents) for $70 per day at the Atlanta airport. I understood this was price gouging but needed a car. Upon arrival the Payless representative said I was late and no other full size cars are available (bait and switch anyone).

   At other locations Payless has a lot of bad comments. So, I am hesitant to book without being able to find any more specific comments about this location. I have been tracking car rental prices for a week in summer since aver a year ago. I had been tracking a July week in 2023 and I never saw prices below $1,000.
