The shuttle driver will ask if there are any executive or emerald drivers on the bus and radio ahead for you. Once you get off the shuttle, there will be a rep to help with the car.

Re: National Car Rental - Can I pick a car? 10 years ago. Yes, if you belong to the emerald club, you can pick a car from the minivan aisle if that is what you rented. If you take something from another aisle, you get charged for that vehicle.
