After several complaints to the UK office, they eventually received a refund of their airfare, some $1700. But nothing about compensation for expenses/problems incurred: - Cancellation policy of hotel in Buenos Aires. - Taxi to airport in Miami. - Without their baggage for five days.

We then had to wait in a customer service line for two hours to get rebooked to a flight next day which cancelled all our plans. I got the flights changed after being told 3 different stories by a customer service representative that spoke at best broken English. 3 times she asked if she could book me a rental car or a hotel room. I told her no the first time. I contacted customer service via email and was told that I could get a full refund.
