Premium Economy seats broken and American Airlines doesn't care. Premium Economy seats didn't work. No WiFi, no power, no light, no call button for 11 hour flight. We then had to wait in a customer service line for two hours to get rebooked to a flight next day which cancelled all our plans. I got the flights changed after being told 3 different stories by a customer service representative that spoke at best broken English. 3 times she asked if she could book me a rental car or a hotel room. I told her no the first time. I contacted customer service via email and was told that I could get a full refund.
