Does anybody know how to estimate midnight taxi fare rate in Tokyo? We’ll be arriving in T3 Haneda at 1AM and considering to make a reservation at hotel nearby. I want to calculate the hotel rate nearby (2 to 3 km away from airport) + the taxi cost, to compare with the hotel within the airport. Many thanks.

Also, if this is data only, then for phone calls/texts, it seems you'd want to use a web-based phone app like LINE or What's App.
