    10 years ago. Not sure if the Geisha we saw in Kiyomizudera temple real or not. There were a lot of tourists dressed up as one but they all looked the same. However this particular geisha we saw had a more elaborate kimono and make-up plus a painting at the back of her neck. She was accompanied by an older woman who warded off tourists.
