I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.

The lady at the hotel kindly cancelled my reservation and told me I should be getting a full refund from them.
