    This may not help you this time but next time. Take a photo on the camera (both on the hard drive and on the disc) of your name,address and phone number. I work in a business where we recover alot of lost or stolen property. Most of the time there isn't a way to track the item back to the owners.

    Sadly, from July 2018 all lost and found items at TSA check points is handled by the LAX police lost and found. I have contacted the TSA and the airport via telephone email and the online claims form. Telephone and email just direct you back to the online claim and there's no way to deal with any humans. I am not feeling hopeful.
