Re: Trouble uploading photo. 11 years ago. Geoff, To check the size of your photo, look at the file attributes in the explorer. It should be less than 5mb. One quick way to try to reduct the size of your photo with a PC is try to email it to yourself. If I remember correctly, Windows will resize it automatically.

I have spent HOURS trying to upload photos tied in with some of my reviews - I select the photos for upload, click "Upload" but nothing happens. They're all JPGs, originally 2400x1600 typically 3-4.5MB. I reduced them further to 1600x1067 all no bigger than 2.2MB.
Definately add the photos when you are about to log off your computer- then leave it running. Click on preview photo- come bakc about 10 minutes later then submit. Lets hope things get better as photos are so useful I think for other travellers- after all " a picture say a thousand words". Report inappropriate content.
FYI --Before I left, the Walgreens pharmacist verbally told me my test was negative (they just couldn't get the official document to upload in time). I went anyway hoping they'd fix their systems issue before I boarded my connecting flight. Didn't work out but my downside isn't the same as a normal visitor.
When I load my photos and add descriptions, I click the Upload button, it will typically upload one or two and then just stop. I have waited, attempted to start the process in different ways (other "Write a review" links, uploading from Computer versus a drag and drop, and nothing seems to work.
(1) The Android app on cell phone works by uploading 1 to 4 pictures simultaneously. (2) APP will upload up to 50 photos at a time with a review. (3) However, the website is wonky and sometimes they upload, and sometimes they never upload.
I am having trouble uploading pictures to my reviews....I am using the aol browser and have also tried using internet explorer. The + photo button is not working,Help please!
Sunday May 03 - I am experiencing major issues uploading Photos with Reviews today, and this has been going on for about 5 hours now. When uploading the Photos, the progress bar hangs and at different points. Sometimes it is on the first Photo, sometimes a random Photo in the group. I have had to back out of the Review template a dozen times ...
