The one and only time I bought a Lebara SIM I ended up putting int in the bin and getting a Vodafone one. Customer service is non existent. A few weeks ago I needed to get a SIM card for an airbnb I help run in Scotland to use in a MIFI device (was waiting for an engineer to install new fixed broadband).

Seems more than a network issue to me - perhaps issues with their agreement with their partner VI india. This is main reason I switched to them before travelling on business to india.
I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.

The Talkmobile pay-as-you-go (PAYG) product was withdrawn on 31 August 2017. Talkmobile currently sell 30-day and 12-month SIM-only plans, which all have unlimited UK calls and texts.
7) Even to raise a concern as serious as this, Lebara asked us to recharge again to talk to customer care. Both the customer experience and the response from Lebara to such a serious issue has been very poor and ridiculous. The big mistake from our side is to have used the credit card with them.
