back in 07 expedia use 3rd party for customer service by a company in ottawa called hrg, hrg was not a good company and exedpia has switched back to inhouse customer service. expedia is 24/7 1888EXPEDIA. the only major issue with expedia at this point in time is the limited amount of French agents
Answer 31 of 45: I have a flight credit that expires in 30 days. I wanted to apply it to a ticket that I need to book for travel 2 weeks from now and I too have experienced the most disgustingly poor customer service imaginable.
Re: Cannot contact Expedia.ca for Days Via Phone or Email. Try calling the airline directly with whom you have the flight credit with, expedia holds your file, but the airline will should still be able to reinstate your new flights and charge you any difference in fare when rebooking. Good luck. 6.
