Answer 31 of 45: I have a flight credit that expires in 30 days. I wanted to apply it to a ticket that I need to book for travel 2 weeks from now and I too have experienced the most disgustingly poor customer service imaginable.
Expedia never notified us of that. As such we had to book a new flight on a different airline at a much higher price. I have made 7 calls to Expedia talked to 7 customer service agents and 4 supervisors. I have been disconnected 3 times after waiting on line for up to 40 minutes. ON May 21, I was promised an answer within 24-48 hours.
Re: Cannot contact Expedia.ca for Days Via Phone or Email. Try calling the airline directly with whom you have the flight credit with, expedia holds your file, but the airline will should still be able to reinstate your new flights and charge you any difference in fare when rebooking. Good luck. 6.
