1 year ago. For an Android phone you first should add them to your contacts App. Costa Rica is +506 8XXX XXXX (not +605 as you typed above). You'll also need to give the App permission to access the Contacts on your phone. Once added to your contacts you can send them an invitation to add you to their WhatsApp.
