Google PHL airport map and you can see it easily. Even terminal F, which is slightly detached, can be reached by walking (or shuttle bus airside after security). F is unlikely to be used for PHL-MCO, it’s for the American Eagle regional flights. You’ll arrive at A (probably A-west) and clear immigration and customs.

These terminals are on opposite sides of the airport. It is approximately a half mile and would take about 15-20 minutes to walk it, even with the moving sidewalks in a couple of places. A shuttle between A and F would not be that much better. You better reconsider your flight selection out of Philadelphia.

It's about a 10-18 minute walk depending on specific gates. Cart service is available but the wait often outweighs time saving. Assuming all is on time, you should be ok, that's just under my absolute 2 hr minimum. You need to be at your departure gate by 10:49, which gives you an hour and 24 mins assuming all goes well.
