Hi-I have a choice of flights. One is the direct flight from LAX to Manila on Philippine Airlines in an economy seat. The other is a premium economy seat on ANA. The flight time is close to 24 hours vs 17 hours, and there's a long layover in Tokyo. The costs are somewhat comparable, with the ANA ticket in my budget.
