   I have tried all the sites suggested and always end up booking with the rental company directly. I just booked 11 days with thrifty for $ 313.00 total ( including the crazy fees ) for a wild car. I used the AAA discount, hot deals, and am a Blue Chip Member. Just keep checking because prices can change a few times a day.

Avis, Hertz and Alamo are all a similar price (USD$850ish) for 16 days. Enterprise/National are way higher, Budget a little higher.
