That doesn't mean that they won't take them, but you could get someone that is a stickler for policy. Report inappropriate content.

You can use Expedia or other third party sites to compare rates, but then go directly to the rental car company's website to reserve. It's better not to get a third party involved, especially if there are any issues.

However, you’ll want to make sure you have enough cash to cover the hold above and beyond the cost of the rental (you need to ask how much that is but it will probably be at least a couple hundred) that they place on the card to cover damages.
