Either through the wifi the hotel or VRBO is supplying or by using the $10 a day Verizon travel pass cellular connection, has never let us down. Reply.

I am really a technoIDIOT and get all my info from my son but he did say if you are out of country, data should be turned off and wifi on in order to listen to Pandora so maybe it is bcause you have data from tc and you are using their service.

If you are an 'upgrade' member of Pandora, ($4.99-mo) you place your phone in airplane mode and your top 4 stations (about 100 total songs download) and will be playable anywhere. Locally station 88.9 is interesting. They mix music and language of the three: English, Spanish & Dutch.
