Just follow the signs from I-190 (Kennedy Expressway) as you enter. After you drop your car, each company has a shuttle bus that will take you to the terminals.

    6/17 We just returned from renting a car from Hertz (and there are two others there) IN UNION Station in Chicago.We were not offered any help getting to pick up place even though the man could see I had trouble walking and the garage pickup area is dark and we had to use a flashlight to look over the black car with black seats, floor, and dash!

We'll be arriving at Chicago O'Hare on Sat. 6/30 about 6 pm. After we pick up our Alamo rental car, we'll be driving to my son's in Portage, MI.
