There was quite a line when we went. You order your food - basic quick food - pizza / sandwiches and they call your name when it is ready. Very informal. Kinda loud. Probably good for kids. But, you want ice cream for dessert - back in the line for you and the line keeps getting longer; so, we did not try their ice cream.
