   9 years ago. I would go with PAL. I would only choose Cebu Pacific if there is a very significant price difference and sometimes PAL is even cheaper. PAL is more reliable and their aircraft is more comfortable. The worst part in Cebu Pacific is their non existent customer service. Just try calling their hotline.

   I can see that for domestic flights the allowance is 10kg. I thought that I would be able to purchase a bigger allowance or use a different fare rate. However, on most flights that I checked there is just one fare rate (regular economy) available and I cannot see any option to buy additional baggage allowance.
