9 years ago. I would go with PAL. I would only choose Cebu Pacific if there is a very significant price difference and sometimes PAL is even cheaper. PAL is more reliable and their aircraft is more comfortable. The worst part in Cebu Pacific is their non existent customer service. Just try calling their hotline.
PAL is Philippine Airlines but the majority of its flights around the Philippines are operated by its domestic tentacle, PAL Express. PAL are said to be the best but tend to be more expensive than Cebu Pacific and AirAsia. Other airlines include Air Swift, Air Juan, Sky Pasada etc. but these are small airlines and only have a handful of routes.
