13 posts. How to Resolve Escalate an issue with EXPEDIA. 3 years ago. I have booked a number of flights with Expedia last year. Aegean and Air Europa airlines cancelled the flights due to Covid. Expedia assured me that they have credit vouchers for my flights and that i have not lost my money. In Perth from last year till December 2021 we still ...

8. Re: Expedia Customer Service. 11 years ago. We had issues with their customer service as well via phone and email. They put my bf on hold for over 50 minutes then called again and was in hold 40 min. Finally we complained on twitter, posted the call log for anyone to see and tagged (@expedia) them.
Since I do not know what Expedia's answer to this dilemma would be, it is hard to weigh my options. Like the OP and others, I am curious how one gets Expedia's attention other than being on the phone for hours trying to get through. They apparently do not have an email option, and the Chat feature has proven to be useless.
The chat feature is AI and does not understand complicated situations, which is unfortunately the issue most people have. That means the ONLY way to get a hold of them is by phone, and like others, I am not successful. At this point, I am documenting attempts to contact them. If that fails, I will contact the credit card company.
It sounds like Expedia was too slow to respond to you, but Seabourne was the company that screwed you over. And, as noted, booking two flights separately when timing of the two flights is critical is always risky. I also quickly found a customer service # for Expedia "Please call us at 1-877-626-7814."
