8. Re: Expedia Customer Service. 11 years ago. We had issues with their customer service as well via phone and email. They put my bf on hold for over 50 minutes then called again and was in hold 40 min. Finally we complained on twitter, posted the call log for anyone to see and tagged (@expedia) them.

Since I do not know what Expedia's answer to this dilemma would be, it is hard to weigh my options. Like the OP and others, I am curious how one gets Expedia's attention other than being on the phone for hours trying to get through. They apparently do not have an email option, and the Chat feature has proven to be useless.
Needed to book an urgent flight for the next day due to family problems, and was told everything was booked email confirmation etc then within hours received a further email saying my flight had been cancelled by the airline.....check with airline no cancellations and plenty of availability.....went back to expedia and they were blaming the airline saying there was no seats, so they re booked ...
