That is Sam's travel supplier. Give it a day or two after your booking is done and then call the resort direct and inquire about the reservation.
The Sam's Club is on Av. Andres Quintana Roo (what used to be Calle 11 Sur) around 80a Av Sur next to Bodega Aurrera (a down-market part of the Wal-Mart empire). But we use our Sam's Club card at home, and so it makes sense (for us at least) to include Sam's in Playa when comparing selection and prices.
