In general Costco Cabo is a bit more expensive than Costco in US. For exmple a Costco hot dog/drink is $1.50 in the US and $1.80 in Cabo. However some items are less expensive than the US. Costco is much less expensive than MEGA or CCC. But you do have the issue of larger sizes at Costco.

Yes the Costoc is very much like your Costco at home - we always feel right at home when going there. Though versus San Diego Costco's the food court (pizzas, hot dogs, smoothies, etc) is inside the store, where in San Diego they are outside. Probably much more comfortable in summer months in PV - so good idea.
