Hotwire and Expedia are reputable. Booking a hotel on Expedia is easy and safe. Hotwire is complex and not for you in this situation. You should book flights directly with the airline of your choice. The room can be booked as a package with the flight or, as przyk suggests, the room can be booked separately via the hotel website.
15 years ago. Beware "Pig In A Poke" bookings! I just got burned by Hotwire. I booked a hotel at LAX in order to get rest before an allnight trip. After booking I learned (as is their normal procedures) that I would be staying at the Holiday Inn LAX. That sounded fine to me until I called the hotel directly to make a routine inquirey.

Hotwire's " Flight Cancellation Protection" is a complete fraud and deceit to the customer and they will NOT return your money. Do not use this service and give them extra coerced money and consider using another booking agent. Report inappropriate content. 1-10 of 10 replies. Sorted by.
