Go to Publix online and put in your address and the delivery service will take it from there. You can even do it from your phone. I do this all the time but have found out it works best if I have a list in front of me.

Thank you for the helpful replies. I went on Instacart and see I can get delivery from Aldi and Publix, but the markups on Publix seem to be quite high. I will look into their pickup service. Is the Publix close to the west end? We are making a 2 day road trip, so we need to make the grocery part easy on ourselves.
InstaCart will provide you the delivery window available. But I wouldn’t expect them to deliver outside of Publix store hours because their delivery drivers go straight from shopping to the delivery location. You can make an order online late and schedule delivery first thing next day though- delivery time does not have to be same day as ordered.
