If you want to ski those places then get a full epic pass. Both will pay for themselves skiing 4 or 5 days compared to window prices. A bonus might be that full epic passes are also good at some places in Europe for a certain number of days. If you plan to ski elsewhere you might be able to take advantage of that.
An Epic pass is a product of the resort. It sounds like you think any store can sell them, and they cannot. So you have to get it at an official resort ticket window. I don't know what you mean about going to one of the peaks. You get it at the base ticket window.
