I am not calling my credit card company to try and get $200 or so dollars of my charges reversed. Hertz customer service during this rental experience has been horrible. Hertz is deflecting to the local AVASA office, despite the fact, that this is Hertz's name and brand. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERTZ/AVASA AT THE PUERTO VALLARTA AIRPORT.

2. Re: Hertz Car Rental in Loreto Mexico. 6 years ago. I was quoted $96.36 (USD) less a 15% discount resulting in $81.92. When I went through the receipt and performed the math after returning home, I saw that they charged me 93.79 after the discount. I used the spot rate for conversion.
