Thrifty Rental has a popular option where a valet takes you to the airport in your car then you take a shuttle on return. You can find their rate on a web search.

The closer to the terminal, the more expensive it will be per day: Blue long-term shuttle lot. $9 per 24-hour period, uncovered. $10 per 24-hour period, covered. Red long-term shuttle lot. $7 per 24-hour period. Green long-term shuttle lot.

I think if you arrive by noon you should be fine. I’ve not experienced a lot of traffic right by the airport. I suppose you could run into highway traffic if there is an accident. I always park in a shuttle lot. The blue lot is $7/day and the walking lot is $13/day.

The garage and part of the blue lot also offer covered parking, if you’re worried about snow. I usually park in the red lot.
