What I don’t like about Hertz, they charge you each and every day of the rental, even if you never go through another toll. The max is $24 or so, but it’s just flat out wrong.

It will be easiest to leave Manhattan by going north on the West Side Highway and then crossing the Henry Hudson Bridge into the Bronx. The HH Bridge has a toll (each way.)
