Answer 1 of 2: We got a new website host which has caused our old email to be deactivated. Tripadvisor is sending an email to this deactivated email, to try and verify our ownership of the listing, which no longer exists.

I can't get my business listing to show up. I have requested my business be listed multiple times for the past 6-8 months. I have gone step by step through the process each time and each time am told it's in review. I even had my nephew write a review to see if that would work. I am so frustrated.

I tried verifying with a credit card however the cc is not associated with the address of the business so this is also failing.
Answer 1 of 3: I see that I am able to verify my business via phone call to the business listing's number or by credit card. We don't currently have any sort of corporate cards, as all purchasing is handled through an internal system.
This frequently happens for restaurants, but can also apply to attractions. Our editors will mark the original listing as CLOSED and create a new listing for the new business. In order to update the existing listing, we must be able to verify that the business is exactly the same, other than the name change.
Under the "Manage Listing" menu at the top, click "Name & Description". In the "Attraction Details" section on the left, update all necessary sections. Changes to your listing details require investigation by a member of the Tripadvisor Listings team. This can be a lengthy process and will take at least 15 business days.
