    You want a credit card with 0% foreign transaction fees. Even though Turks and Caicos uses US dollars as their currency, my understanding (someone will correct me if I'm wrong) is that since those charges would pass through a foreign bank (even if not using foreign currency), the charges would be assessed that surcharge (by the credit card).
