Use Sign-in Helper, AOL's password reset and account recovery tool, to get back in to your account. Go to the Sign-in Helper. Enter one of the account recovery items listed. Click Continue. Follow the instructions given in the Sign-in Helper. Change your password. From a desktop or mobile web browser: Sign in to the AOL Account security page.

I myself don't log into anything from Facebook as its easy to hack with fishing and once into Facebook a hacker lies dormant until he/she needs your account and then takes over everything you have logged into from facebook. To manage and recover your account if you forget your password or username, make sure you have access to the recovery phone number or alternate email address you've added to your AOL account. If you know your username but need to reset your password, make sure you create a strong password after you're back in your account.
If you have another account, and have forgotten your password. Open TA without logging in (use a private tab if necessary). Then click on Profile, then Continue with e-mail, then click on Lost Password, and TA will give you a new password. Hope this helps. Come back here if you need further help.
