This was our travel to and from Cancun airport for the trip we booked through Costco Vacations. We had a good experience, the only thing was that we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get our ride to the hotel even though we booked a private transfer. 20-30 minutes might not seem long but when it is after an 8 hr trip + 2 tired kids, it is a long time.

However, Costco can be limited in the destinations and airlines they use. We recently booked a trip to Europe with friends who had their travel agent make the arrangements.
Our Family made travel arrangements through Costco Travel to Cancun Mexico 7-11-2017 through 7-20-2017. Some background: 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 17. My 12 year old son is in a wheelchair. We have been Costco Executive members for many years and we really think Costco has their act together when it comes to customer service and quality.
