However, Costco can be limited in the destinations and airlines they use. We recently booked a trip to Europe with friends who had their travel agent make the arrangements.

I booked two of their vacations together , London/Paris then Sorrento/Rome. Costco handled all the flights ,connections and pickups. All of the hotels were first rate and beautiful!
This was our travel to and from Cancun airport for the trip we booked through Costco Vacations. We had a good experience, the only thing was that we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get our ride to the hotel even though we booked a private transfer. 20-30 minutes might not seem long but when it is after an 8 hr trip + 2 tired kids, it is a long time.

The worst part of the trip was that the airline changed their flight number and Costco never communicated that to us via phone, email, etc. American said it was out travel agent's fault. So when we checked out baggage on the ship going back to the airport it was not correct.
