The drive from Amboise to Mont St Michel will take about 6 hours assuming you dont use the Autoroute. Add two hours for lunch and you have a full day. Therefore, I would not bother attempting a visit to Villandry or Langeais en-route, but drive until 12.30 and find somewhere to lunch.
