I've been looking for a car rental place in IAD (Washington Dulles) in July. kAlmost every single site has min-priced cars @ about $33 a day, but for some reason, Kayak.com has some cars at $15 a day.

Apr 30, 2024, 8:28 AM. NU car rental IS THE WORST place to rent a car. They get you in by offering great prices til you get there. They don’t have face to face representatives. They have a screen that you talk to someone through. Which is terrible and everyone waits cuz it takes about at least a half hour each person.
