   I was comparing Expedia/AARP packages (including air & hotel) vs. say, Monograms (Globus) which seems to be much more expensive. We can really make our own plans/tours in and out from London. Expedia, as pinktink03 points out, is a 3rd party with a set number of rooms, subject to hotel policies as outlined by the hotel. Both RS and Expedia are correct in what they told you.
